Conclusion

In the first 3 weeks of September I ran 5 unique ads to attract specific patient avatars we defined, including common back pain conditions in women over 40 and sciatica pain. My approach generated more website visits in those 3 weeks than the previous 9 months COMBINED (3,774 vs. 3,699). This resulted in their clinic's schedule being booked out for more than a month.

Reactivation

Only about 5% of the people who follow you actually see your new posts at any given time. We’re easy to forget and time goes by fast. Consistent ads force your message back onto their radar and help us become impossible to forget!

Retargeting

This is a balancing act between re-engaging people who already know you (see above) and continuing to follow up with new clients. No matter how great an ad is the truth is the majority of people who enjoy it still won't take immediate action. Skeptical procrastination is normal and retargeting is the antidote. The success of all my ads compounds over time as we continue to retarget people who saw and engaged with them.

Follow up is the most tedious job in business. Ads allow us to fully automate it with MORE ads. I view these reactivation and retargeting ads each as salespeople working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
